Porcelain Veneer & Crown
This patient had old veneers and crowns with recurrent decay. This was a difficult case because of the many different types of restorations used. She was cosmetically restored by whitening of the upper and lower teeth, a porcelain to metal bridge on the upper right side, porcelain veneers on her front teeth and left bicuspids, and an all porcelain crown on her left cuspid. The left side was built out to decrease her negative space and create a more pleasing smile.
Porcelain Veneer
Presented with a very dark tooth that had been root canal treated due to an accident when she was very young. She had tried internal bleaching to no avail. The treatment was to block out the dark tooth and place a single porcelain laminate veneer to exactly match the adjacent central incisor.
Smile Lift Procedure
Presented with very short and worn teeth. She complained that they looked like old teeth. The treatment was a smile lift procedure, whitening, porcelain veneers on the front teeth, replacing one porcelain to metal bridge on the upper left and composite bonding to restore the lower front teeth.
Whitening, Porcelain Veneer and Crown, and Composite Bonding
This patient had a dark central incisor and uneven wear on the upper and lower teeth. Her treatment was whitening on the upper and lower teeth; porcelain veneers and one all porcelain crown on the upper teeth, and composite bonding and reshaping to level the lower teeth.
Whitening and Porcelain Veneer
This patient had a large diastema with uneven edges and angulation on the central incisors. Her treatment was whitening and two single veneers on the central incisors.
Porcelain Bridge and Recontouring
This patient had been missing her upper left cuspid for years and the lower cuspid had moved out and up to compensate. Her treatment was an all porcelain bridge and the recontouring of the lower cuspid. This patient is planning porcelain veneers on her other anterior teeth soon.
Old Filling Removal and Bonded Porcelain
This patient had an old leaking black mercury filling that was creating fractures in the tooth and sensitivity to biting and sweets. The treatment was a bonded porcelain onlay to match his existing teeth and help strengthen the tooth, creating a virtually undetectable restoration.
Whitening, Veneering, and Composite Bonding
This patient had rampant decay, spacing in her anterior teeth and splotchy enamel. Her treatment was whitening of the upper and lower teeth, veneers on the upper six teeth and composite bonding on all of her other teeth.
Home Whitening Kit
This patient wanted whiter teeth. His treatment was a home whitening kit. He liked the space between his front teeth so no other treatment was necessary.
Composite Bonding
This patient fractured her front teeth when he fell and hit the sidewalk. Composite bonding was utilized to restore his two front teeth to their natural appearance and form.
