This long time patient and doctor of medicine, Alex, inquired to Dr. Goodman during one of his routine check-ups for a solution of the extreme wear and tear of his teeth due to his natural bite. As a doctor, it is important to practice what you preach and he fully understands the importance of having excellent oral health. When biting down comfortably on his back teeth, his upper front teeth would come directly to his bottom front teeth, causing impact that had damaged his smile. Without orthodontics or invasive surgery, Dr. Goodman was able to build out his upper teeth through Porcelain Crowns to eliminate further trauma. With the custom designed Porcelain Crowns, Dr. Goodman allowed the top teeth to overlay the bottom teeth slightly to eliminate any contact or possible grinding. Alex is still very happy with his smile and we enjoy seeing him at his visits when he is able to schedule time away from his own patients for his routine check-ups.
